Tolpuddle Vineyard's 2025 Pinot Noir is a beautifully balanced expression from one of Tasmania's finest sites. Darker fruit notes are layered with baking spice and star anise, unfolding seamlessly across the plush mid-palate. Violets add a lifted, aromatic note, balancing the wine’s depth and density. Fine tannins interwoven with savoury spice add structure and support. The finish is long and composed, with lingering dark spice.
Planted on north-east-facing slopes above Back Tea Tree Road, Tolpuddle's mature Pinot Noir vines thrive in light silica over sandstone, yielding grapes of great intensity and flavour. Established in 1988 and named after the Tolpuddle Martyrs, the vineyard honours a legacy of agricultural struggle and conviction.
