Background
Jim's Cellars, formed in 1994, is an independently owned family business. With a strong family background of over 30 years in the liquor industry, Jim's Cellars is the result of the sons' (Jim, John and Terry Georgas) desire to run their own business. In case you're wondering, we drew straws on the name.
Since that time Jim's has grown into one of the largest independent liquor retailers in Sydney, serving both Sydney and the rest of Australia.

Our Philosophy
At Jim's Cellars, we believe finding a great bottle shouldn't be complicated.
We are constantly searching Australia and the world for wines, beers and spirits that offer genuine quality, character and value. From every day favourites to rare discoveries, every product we stock is selected because we believe it is worth drinking.
Our range includes more then 3,000 wines, beers and spirits across our stores and online, with options to suit every taste and budget.
While you'll still find iconic brands, we're passionate about helping customers discover something beyond the familiar. That could be a family-owned Champagne house with decades of tradition, an exciting young Barossa winemaker redefining Shiraz, or a fresh alternative like Albariño, Grüner Vetliner or Assyrtiko that delivers exceptional flavour and value.
We are proud supporters of independent Australian wineries, many of whom are producing some of the country's most exciting wines. Alongside these local makers, we source outstanding producers from Europe, New Zealand, South Africa, South America and beyond, giving our customers access to an ever-evolving selection from around the world.
Our shelves are constantly changing because great wines doesn't stand still. We regularly rotate our range and introduce new producers, seasonal releases and limited parcels that offer exceptional value.
As a family-owned business, we're wine lovers first and retailers second. We taste what we sell, we know our producers, and we genuinely enjoy helping customers find the right bottle.

Delivery Service
We deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE. For Sydney we retain Fastway Couriers for both speed and accuracy of service. For areas outside Sydney, we use a both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post Couriers, which ensures that if you receive mail from Australia Post, you can receive our wine deliveries.
