A blend of Tasmanian fruit sourced across Derwent Valley, Tamar Valley, East Coast and Coal River Valley. Small parcels fermented separately in open-top fermenters with twice-daily cap management, then matured ten months in new and seasoned French oak.
Light garnet hue with perfumed aromas of ripe plum, raspberry and dark cherry, enhanced by subtle oak spice. Bright, juicy red fruit flavours on the palate are anchored by a dense core of dark cherry and supple oak tannin.
