Pooley Pinot Noir 2025 is a carefully crafted blend from Coal River Valley's finest sites—Cooinda Vale, Butcher's Hill, and select grower parcels. Wild fermented with 5% whole bunch over 14 days, then aged 11 months in French oak (mostly 500L puncheons, 10% new wood).
This elegant wine delivers bright raspberry and cherry aromatics with mineral and cacao undertones, followed by a palate of red fruits, cedar, and subtle game, finishing with refined tannins and crisp acidity.
