This single vineyard Pinot Noir from Gladysdale captures everything people love about the Yarra Valley’s cooler-climate style. Sourced from low-yielding MV6 vines planted on red volcanic soils, it offers bright red cherry and wild strawberry flavours layered with subtle savoury notes and fine spice. The palate is silky and refined, with supple tannins, fresh acidity and a quiet depth that builds beautifully with each sip.
Handpicked fruit was gently handled throughout the winemaking process, including a small portion of whole bunch fermentation and nine months in French oak, to preserve purity while adding texture and complexity. The warm 2024 vintage delivered exceptional balance, allowing the fruit to reach full flavour ripeness without losing its natural freshness. Elegant, expressive and effortlessly drinkable, this is a Pinot Noir for lovers of finesse over power, pairing beautifully with duck, roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes.
