Derwent Estate Pinot Noir is a cool-climate red from a family-owned vineyard on Mt Nassau, just north of Hobart in southern Tasmania. The flagship release is crafted from older vines with partial whole-bunch fermentation and matured in French oak.
Silky and medium-bodied, it balances sweet and savoury notes—rich cherry, strawberry, and red liquorice layered with forest floor, dried herbs, and spicy cedar. Fine, smooth tannins provide structure and excellent length.
