Lethbridge Pinot Noir 2024 showcases cool-climate elegance from Mornington Peninsula's red volcanic soils. Pale in colour with a restrained bouquet of raspberry and red cherry, the palate unfolds with silky red cherry fruit, grilled peaches, and subtle herb and spice notes. Indigenous fermentation with 50% whole bunches, matured in 50% new French oak, unfined and unfiltered. A pure, sophisticated expression of terroir.
