Dexter Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2022
A deep, medium-full crimson hue with a purple tint, this Pinot Noir radiates vibrant cherry aromas. Hints of spice and balsamic herbs linger. On the palate, ripe fruit flavors are complemented by ample tannins that offer structure and an impressive length. Fresh, youthful, and full of promise, the finished product was harvested from separate clones on a single vineyard and hand-picked without crushing. After a cold soak and frenetic fermentation, it was transferred to French Oak puncheons for MLF and maturation before bottling in late January 2023.
