A generous style of Gris, Mountadam has produced a rather full bodied and full flavoured form, that shows lovely pear fruit and a crisp acid backbone.
The wine is a mild salmon pink colour and shows delicate aromatics of jasmine blossom and ripe melon. The palate has abundant textural flavours of ripe apples and pear with a firm citrus backbone.
