Pulling apart Gris and putting it back together one piece at a time is the philosophy with this wine. Colourful Airlie Bank Gris was fermentedon skins and bunches for two weeks before being pressed to old hogsheads.
Produced with no finings or stabilization.... the result is smashability with interest.
