The grapes for this Chardonnay were sourced from our vineyard in the Broke/Fordwich sub region of the Hunter Valley and carefully selected parcels in Pokolbin. This Chardonnay has intense aromas of stonefruits and grapefruit with subtle hints of cashews and savoury oak. The palate is rich and powerful with white peach and citrus fruit flavours. The use of barrel fermentation and lees stirring have contributed to additional complex flinty and toasted notes.
