Showing its cooler climate, this Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre features vibrant acidity and freshness alongside a distinct aromatic density punctuated by white flowers, golden apple, wet stone, and Sorrento lemon. The texture is light and fine, but never flimsy.
Patrick Piuze started to make a name for himself as an excellent winemaker and his fame led him to be recruited as a cellar master by Jean-Marc Brocard. At this time, Patrick took the most important decision of his life: he founded his own winery on July 1st, 2008.
