Crafted by Liam McElhinney using hand-picked fruit form the Tasman Peninsula and East Coast, this Chardonnay is whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in seasoned French oak. It delivers pale-straw elegance with vibrant grapefruit, nectarine and white-peach aromas layered with almond and riverstone nuances. On the palate, taut, mealy texture meets citrus intensity, flint, and savoury depth. Truely a non-miss for Chardonnay lovers.
