Traditional and modern techniques see over 50 plants, herbs and spices sourced from Provence, Equatorial Africa, China, India & South America, combined and distilled to create a liqueur of great complexity and balance.

Henri Bardouin pastis tastes like a sophisticated blend of star anise and liquorice, balanced with complex herbal and spice notes like mint, sage, and a hint of lemon zest. It has a crisp initial impression with a deep, long-lasting finish, and its flavour becomes smoother and more nuanced when diluted with water, which is the traditional way to drink it. 

Best served with a good measure of chilled, filtered water to create a refreshing, aromatic drink
