Adolo Ouzo by Plomari
Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis Adolo, which is the “heart of the heart” of Ouzo of Plomari is a unique product of 100% triple distillation and is produced by distilling Ouzo of Plomari for a third time.
This third distillation takes place in a hand-forged copper still of 1911 that was built by special order of Isidoros Arvanitis. It lasts for 13 hours and is made over a low fire of olive wood.
