This is a high-quality bottle of Marlborough Chardonnay produced by the well-regarded Dog Point winery in New Zealand. It pairs well with shellfish, fish, white meats, and BBQ pork. With a straw color and aromas of grapefruit, lime, and minerality, along with subtle hints of hazelnut and oak from aging in French oak barrels, this Chardonnay has a finely-structured and textured palate. The use of indigenous fermentation and yeast lees adds to the intense citrus and fig flavors.
