Crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown on the cool, south-facing Deer Farm Vineyard in the Yarra Valley, this traditional method sparkling wine spent more than six years ageing on lees before release, building remarkable depth and finesse. Fine bubbles carry vibrant citrus, lemon butter, nougat and toasted brioche, balanced by crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish. Reduced dosage allows the purity of the fruit and mineral freshness to shine, making this a standout Australian sparkling.
A trophy-winning wine, it was named Best Sparkling Wine at the 2025 Yarra Valley Wine Show, won Gold at both the 2025 Yarra Valley Wine Show and 2025 Australian Sparkling Wine Show, and took home the Trophy and Gold at the 2026 National Wine Show.
