This barrel-fermented Chardonnay strikes a balance between richness and freshness. Aged in oak for eight months with regular lees stirring, it offers layers of nectarine, peach and melon alongside subtle cashew and baking spice notes from oak maturation. The palate is soft and elegant with plenty of texture, while crisp acidity keeps everything in balance.
