**Palate** Refreshing natural acidity balances generous citrus curd, fresh lemon and lime zest notes. Slatey, textured finish typical of Heggies vineyard. **Food Pairing** Sesame seared tuna with Asian slaw, Thai mango and crispy noodle salad, or grilled King George Whiting.
