Tamburlaine Preservative Free Au Naturel Cuvee Sparkling

Here's something different! A preservative free sparkling wine. This is the first preservative free sparkling we have stocked. The tasting panel were quite impressed with the quality of this wine, its is everything it needs to be and a little bit more.
Fine, early harvest, cool climate highland Chardonnay, sourced from Orange, is used. No added Sulphur Dioxide is used at any stage, from harvest to bottle. Extended lees contact, some secondary fermentation and blending create extra richness in this low dosage style.
