The Offshoot Chardonnay is a replacement for Scarborough's Blue Label Chardonnay, offering a balanced composition of citrusy accents, spiced peaches, and a creamy texture. Pair this new-age Chardonnay with succulent shellfish, white-fleshed fish, risotto, and pasta dishes with mild sauces.

Light straw in color with a hint of green, it features aromas of almond, pear, mineral flint, citrus, and cream. The palate is creamy with melon and almond fruit and green pear nuances. Subtle oak toast and fresh-baked bread with new season olive oil give a generous and sumptuous finish.
