This wine displays a vivid, pale straw hue with pronounced brightness. It offers refined aromas of crisp citrus, stone fruits, and a delicate touch of spicy French oak. The palate is precise and well-balanced, culminating in a lengthy, intricate finish. Fermented in 500-litre French oak puncheons without malolactic conversion, it underwent wild fermentation and matured on yeast lees for six months before estate bottling. Best enjoyed within the next three to four years.
