Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday. From its initial vintage of 450 cases it has grown to become one of Australia's leading small wineries with a reputation that belies its size.
Sourced from premium Upper Yarra Valley vineyards, this Chardonnay showcases the region's hallmark balance of elegance and intensity. Bright citrus, white peach and lemon meringue are layered with nougat, subtle French oak and a fine mineral edge, creating a wine with impressive texture and length. Powerful yet beautifully restrained, it's an excellent choice for lovers of cool-climate Chardonnay and will pair effortlessly with roast chicken, grilled seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
