Petersons Sparkling Cuvee

Peterson  Sparkling Cuvee is made in the traditional method.  Ideal with light to medium intensity seafood and most white meat dishes.The creamy mouthfeel of the yeast characters balance with the natural acidity. The natural acidity gives the citrus character, which makes this wine clean and fresh. The low sugar dosage highlights the citrus of the classic sparkling varieties, being Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine lingers in the mouth with a crisp clean finish.
