Zema Estate Shiraz is a rich, robust Coonawarra wine with pepper and spicy fruit notes balanced by vanillan oak. Medium red with purple hues, it offers ripe red berry and black pepper on the nose with hints of clove and earthiness. The palate delivers depth and richness from warm ripening conditions and 16 months in American and French oak. Excellent structure for cellaring.

Good rich ripe red berry and plum characteristics. The palate has great depth as a function of the warm extended ripening conditions. The richness is enhanced by the 16 months
spent in new, one and two year old American and French oak.
