This Mudgee Shiraz is bursting with aromas of mocha and spice; there is liquorice, aniseed and dark chocolate as well. The full bodied palate has good oak integration with vanilla complementing the rich fruit flavours that gives the wine a long lasting finish. This wine will repay with further cellaring over the next 5 to 10 years.
