A 100% Grillo from Sicily's Gibellina highlands, 300 metres above sea level. Hand-harvested in late August, softly pressed with light skin contact to unlock its aromatic character. Three months in stainless steel, plus two in bottle.
Complex bouquet of tropical fruit and Mediterranean citrus. Fresh on the palate with bright acidity, notes of yellow melon and stone fruit, finishing with a savoury edge that lingers pleasantly.
