Taylors Sauvignon Blanc
The Taylors Sauvignon Blanc is deliciously crisp with flavours of fresh passionfruit, green apple and gooseberry. A nice transition wine for those Sauvignon Blanc drinkers looking to jump back away from the Kiwi wines and drink something Aussie!
Winemaker Notes
Colour:
At release the wine is a very pale straw with a green edged hue.
Bouquet:
The wine is distinctly Australian with fresh aromas of passionfruit, rockmelon and guava with a hint of cut grass.
Palate:
This wine has a fresh and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and hints of lemon from the mid-palate. Overall, the wine fills the mouth with flavour and a cleansing acidity. The finish has a hint of grassiness and great persistence.
