Schobers stems from the German word for 'haystacks'. The families of this iconic vineyard felt that acquiring such a rare and special property was like finding a needle in a haystack. This wine is a tribute to Schobers and the Clare Valley, a rich and complex Cabernet to enjoy now or mature for a decade. Enticing aromas of dark berries, blackcurrant and olive mingle with cedar and fine French oak. The flavours are full and energetic with a juicy mid-palate and satisfying, firm finish.
