Sourced from three vineyards in Hilltops and matured for three years in large foudre, it captures the savoury complexity, perfume and structure that make Nebbiolo such a favourite among serious wine drinkers. This is a wine with real presence, yet it remains elegant and finely balanced throughout.
Classic aromas of rose petals, red cherry and red liquorice are layered with hints of dried herbs, tobacco, earth and spice. The palate is vibrant and savoury, with juicy red fruit supported by long, persistent tannins and bright acidity that carry through to an impressively long finish.
