Sourced from Petaluma's single vineyard, Hanlin Hill, situated in Clare Valley, South Australia. A delicate, floral wine displaying typical minerality and lemon lime intensity, rounded out by a slatey, minerally finish typical of the Hanlin Hill vineyard.
Winemaker Notes
The bouquet is elegant with notes of jasmine and elderflower.
The palate shows exquisite balance of powerful fruit presence, crispy and textural richness. A refreshing burst of zesty lime and green apple takes center stage with undertones of spiced apple tart and balanced natural acidity that invigorates the taste buds leading to a persistent finish. Drink upon release but will reward with careful cellaring up to 5 years.
