Col di Manza is an organic Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry from Valdobbiadene, grown using biodynamic farming on the hills of Farra di Soligo. This sustainable approach preserves soil health and produces a wine of genuine character and quality.
Appearance: Pale straw yellow with green reflections
Aroma: Floral notes of rose, wisteria and wildflowers, with ripe golden apple and peach
Palate: Harmonic and velvety with good body and persistence Serve at 8–10°C. Pairs beautifully with seafood soups, fried fish, fresh cheese, vegetable quiche, and traditional biscuits and pies. An authentic Italian sparkling wine with real provenance and environmental integrity.
