Old Hobart Distillery specialises in producing hand-crafted, single cask, single malt whiskies. The Sherry Matured Whisky is aged in an ex-sherry French-oak barrel. Also quarter cask, these barrels produce a variance to the Port Matured which will be most appreciated by the discerning palate.
