The Linke Old Vine Shiraz is aged for 24 months in a combination of old and new American oak. Burgundy Red in colour and sweet on the palate, this full bodied Monster comes to you in all its glory from a single vineyard Dorrien Block, which was planted in the 1950's. Dark chocolate and roasted coffee dominate supported by a long American oak finish. Boasting aromas of red plum, vanilla and blackberry, this wine may be enjoyed now but will reward careful cellaring.
