This sophisticated Cap Classique reveals intricate secondary aromas of nougat, citrus, cream, and nuts on the nose. The palate features subtle lime notes alongside toasted bread nuances. Its fine, elegant mousse creates a rich, creamy texture complemented by vibrant acidity and a long, refined finish. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, this sparkling wine was bottle-aged for around 48 months following the second fermentation. Serve well chilled, either solo or paired beautifully with oysters, sushi, and other delicate seafood.
