Cathedral Cellar wines are named for the Cathedral Cellar, a magnificent creation - featuring a barrel-vaulted roof, stained glass windows, and granite and wood inlaid floors, built in 1930 and restored to splendour in 2005
This elegant and modern styled Pinotage shows aromas of cherries, dark chocolate, cocoa and spice on he nose. The palate is silky smooth and displays a perfect integration of oak and fruit. the velvet-textured tannins offer the perfect structure to this juicy and vibrant wine, contributing tothe lingering finish.
