A dry white wine from Greece's high-altitude Aigialia region, made entirely from Assyrtiko grapes. Grown at 850–900 metres on limestone soils shaped by cool mountain air and maritime influence, this wine delivers pale yellow colour with green highlights.
Expect vibrant citrus, fresh lemon, white peach, and green apple on the nose, with subtle mineral notes. On the palate, bone-dry acidity and a saline finish define the character—precise, medium-bodied, and distinctly mineral-driven.
