Grant Burge Filsell Shiraz 2019
The Grant Burge Filsell Shiraz 2016 is one wine we have been eagerly being waiting for, and from our tasting of it, you will not be dissappointed.
A must for the cellar. It will go for 15+ years or you can do what i will be doing, and drink it soon.
Filsell Shiraz has an incredible depth of colour, with the vibrancy of youth adding purple hues to the deep, dark red. The nose displays classic ‘Filsell aromas’ of dark chocolate, licorice and lifted raspberry fruit with hints of lavender.
Partner it with rich dishes such as a hearty beef stew, lamb shanks or aged, mature cheddar cheese.
