Fab little Chablis here. The look is a very beautiful pale white gold color with soft green reflections. Bright, luminous, and clear. Young and mature appearance.
The nose is fond, pure, floral, and fresh. It first favors the flowers, then it reveals aromas of peach and apricot, finally thru the lemongrass we discover the minerality and a milky, fresh butter side. The mouth is a balance between maturity, mellowness, and vivacity. It first evokes richness, freshness, and elegance, then offers us an impression of roundness and suppleness. In the finale, the mineral touch offers an impression of roundness and suppleness. In the end, fine and vegetal harmonizes with the softness of the structure.
