Gaia Notios White is a special blend of two complementary grape varieties from neighboring regions. The mountainous Roditis Alepou and Arcadian Moschofilero come together harmoniously to create a traditional Peloponnesian wine. To add even more depth and complexity, Assyrtiko from Santorini is included in the mix. This addition has been well-received, adding strength, length, and depth to the already exceptional blend. Enjoy this wine with a wide range of flavorful dishes or on its own as a refreshing aperitif, always in good company.
