The result is a beautifully balanced cool-climate red, with vibrant dark cherry and wild strawberry fruit layered with subtle spice, floral perfume and fine, silky tannins. Whole-bunch fermentation and nine months in French oak add savoury complexity and texture without overpowering the fruit.
