The delightful personalities of Syrah (Shiraz) from the Adelaide Hills, Robe and Langhorne Creek regions were nurtured by natural yeast fermentation with a minimalistic winemaking approach. The Garden of Perfume and Spice provides an array of vibrant blueberry and forest fruits accented by notes of nutmeg, black pepper and lavender. Wonderfully elegant.
