Representing three generations of cider-making expertise, Guillaume Drouin of the Drouin family passionately works to create Calvados blends that express the full complexity of Normand apples. Also an oenologist and agronomist, he crafted the original Gin from the orchard apples of the family business, sophisticatedly blending apples, juniper, and aromatics from around the world.
