Chateau Mont-Redon produces wines of exceptional character from their elevated terraced vineyards in the southern Côtes-du-Rhône. This Lirac, a refined cousin to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, showcases the region's distinctive stony terroir across four generations of family winemaking.
Crafted from 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre, the fruit is fully de-stemmed and fermented for up to three weeks. The wine then ages 18 months—two-thirds in tank, one-third in barrel—followed by four months in bottle before release, allowing the complex flavours to fully develop.
