The Biondi-Santi Brunello di Montalcino 2019 represents the pinnacle of Tenuta Greppo’s heritage and the distinctive craftsmanship honed over 150 years. Crafted solely from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes from our exclusive vineyards, this vintage was fermented using indigenous yeasts in oak, concrete, and stainless steel vessels. It then matured for 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The 2019 vintage, marked by ideal weather, delivers a harmonious and refined wine with aromas of cherry, wild berries, violet, dark spices, bay leaves, and juniper. On the palate, it reveals elegant Morello cherry and orange zest notes, balanced by vibrant acidity and velvety tannins, culminating in a structured, lively finish.
