Arnaud Lambert is one of Loire's most talented winemakers, known for biodynamic viticulture and Burgundian-inspired techniques. This Cabernet Franc comes from a 3.7 ha west-facing vineyard in Brézé, grown on light silty sand over limestone. 100% destemmed with partial whole berries, fermented with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks using gentle infusion—no pump overs.
The result is a vibrant wine with deep dark red colour, lifted red currant and cherry aromas, provincial herbs, earth, and spice. Fresh and perfumed, it's ideal for warmer months.
