Made from 100% Kotsifali, one of Crete's rare native red grape varieties, this elegant, high-altitude red challenges everything you thought you knew about Mediterranean wines. Sourced from organically farmed old vines in the island's mountainous interior, it delivers Pinot Noir-like finesse with a distinctly Cretan sense of place.
Fragrant aromas of red cherry, wild herbs and stony minerality lead into a beautifully refined palate of sour cherry, wild strawberry and white pepper, framed by silky tannins and a fine mineral finish. Light on its feet yet quietly complex, it's a superb match for grilled lamb, charcuterie, mushroom dishes or herb-roasted pork.
