Aller Trop Loin Infiniti

Aller Trop Loin Infiniti is a vibrant, modern expression of Cabernet Franc from the Yarra Valley, showcasing the variety’s natural energy and finesse. Bright and aromatic, it opens with lifted notes of red currant, raspberry, and subtle violet, layered with hints of spice and fine herbal complexity. On the palate, Infiniti is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with silky tannins and fresh acidity giving it drive and precision. The fruit is pure and expressive, while a savoury edge adds structure and depth, making it as compelling at the table as it is on its own.
About Aller Trop Loin wines:
Aller Trop Loin began with an accidental “de-koshering” by Mark Sztar at Six Parallels South. When the wine took off, he leaned in, creating a small range of deliberately non-kosher wines. Sourced from vineyards in the Yarra Valley, Bendigo, and Heathcote, the wines include both single varietals and blends. All his wines are: “unoaked, unfined, unfiltered, and unholy.”
