42˚S is the central latitude of Tasmania and this name reflects the position of crafting fruit-driven wines from grapes sourced from throughout the state. The sparkling is matched perfectly to a dozen natural oysters and creamy chicken dishes. 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot noir.
Winemaker Notes
Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and Subtle.
