Inspired by the textural white wines of the Southern Rhône, Ovitelli Blanc brings these traditional varieties together in blended harmony. Gently fermented and aged with skin contact in large ceramic eggs.
57% Grenache Blanc, 24% Roussanne, 8% Grenache Gris, 6% Bourboulenc, 5% Clairette
This is the best version of Ovitelli Blanc released to date. It features scents of freshly-brewed lemonade, herbal tea, salted quince, and raw almonds, with a bitter touch of quinine in the finish. The full-bodied wine has an ideal amount of tang and a salty finish. It is a superb representation that will likely age gracefully. Enjoy now or cellar for later.
